A Front Office Clerk contributes to AHF by contributing to a team centered attitude and new outreach strategies. The Front Office Clerk is generally the first team member to interact with the client. Within their duties, the Front Office Clerk greets the client, assists the patient signing into the clinic, and creates a medical record. In addition, give feedback to their manager about how services could be improved. A Front Office Clerk enhances the reputation of AHF by helping with our mission to provide compassionate and informing care to our clients. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a Front Office Clerk it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do.
