There are no direct reports to this position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years clerical experience
- Must be computer literate
- Competency in the operation of basic office equipment: computer, fax, copier, etc.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Processing, recording and entering information related to criminal files and court proceedings into CPCMS
- Assisting the public & various county staff with department-related and record keeping inquiries
- Attend courtroom proceedings and record dispositions
- Perform any clerical duties applicable to the office
- Will assist in other areas as needed.
