Clerical Associate - NICU
About The Position
Make a difference from day one. Join our collaborative Level III NICU team and play a vital role in supporting the care of our smallest patients and their families. As a Clerical Associate, you'll help keep our fast-paced unit running smoothly by coordinating daily unit operations and communication, supporting nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, and managing communication systems and ensuring accurate, timely information is shared. Our 24-bed Level III NICU provides advanced, family-centered care for premature and critically ill newborns. You'll be part of a compassionate team that values collaboration, learning, and excellence. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification required within 6 months of hire
