About The Position

Temp Now Hiring a Clerical Assistant (HR Department Support) for a great company in Warren, OH. This role provides administrative support to the HR department, including scanning and organizing employee files, performing electronic filing, maintaining digital records, and entering/updating information into company databases. The assistant will also help with onboarding paperwork, general HR documentation, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee information. General clerical duties like data entry, copying, and document management are also part of the role, along with assisting with special projects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
