About The Position

Amentum is seeking Cleared Entry Control Monitors to perform entry control actions at Offutt Air Force Base. The role includes monitoring breached areas of designated perimeters or fences at non-secured sites, locations, and entry control points. Monitors ensure that only authorized personnel enter designated construction sites or secured zones by checking credentials according to government-provided procedures. The position may also involve assisting with personnel and vehicle inspections, configuring pedestrian and vehicle traffic lanes with portable traffic cones or similar equipment, maintaining a daily written log of specified violations and security events, and summoning emergency vehicles and crews as required. This is an in-the-field position requiring physical activity, alertness, planning and organizing skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Requirements

Active TS clearance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
State-issued driver’s license.
Trained or able to be trained in basic First Aid/CPR/AED.
No current or pending criminal charges, misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude, dishonesty, assault or battery, or felony convictions.
Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English.
Ability to detain individuals using no more than manual verbal manipulation techniques while Security Forces are notified.
Ability to construct and write clear, concise, and detailed reports.
Willingness to submit to periodic drug tests at the government’s request.
Willingness to undergo a physical examination to determine whether any conditions would interfere with full performance of duties.
Physical ability to perform frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, stooping, climbing, crawling, and jumping, as well as occasional running or sprinting.
Ability to hear ordinary conversation at 15 feet with either ear, with or without a hearing aid.
Constant mental alertness, planning and organizing skills, and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Ensure only authorized personnel enter construction sites and secondary secured zones by checking credentials using the applicable access control system or government-provided procedures.
Deny entry to individuals who have not met construction site access requirements.
Open and close construction site access control points according to the prime construction contractor schedule and applicable SSO Security Requirements.
When needed, assist the SSM or designee with personnel and vehicle inspection duties at designated locations or control points.
Set up or assist with vehicle inspection entry lanes using portable traffic cones or similar contractor-provided equipment to channel traffic safely.
Configure or assist with pedestrian access points using portable traffic cones or similar equipment, and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
Assist with checking personnel credentials using the government-provided construction security access control system and deny entry to those who do not meet access requirements.
Maintain a daily 24-hour written log of Personal Electronic Devices violations and security events, and provide it to the CSM/SSM after shift log entries are completed. Distribution to other entities is prohibited unless specifically approved by the CSM/SSM.
Summon emergency vehicles and crews as required.
