About The Position

The Cleanroom Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. The role performs cleanroom duties and scheduled tasks, operates motorized cleaning equipment, maintains the assigned area, and supports shift leads with punch-list items. The technician follows safety protocols and company procedures, reports incidents and hazards, works collaboratively, and maintains professional communication and conduct. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. The position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Compensation is $17.35–$18.35 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or GED with 6 months to 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily and safely.
A valid driver's license may be required depending on business needs; employees who drive as part of their duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform cleanroom duties and all duties listed on the daily schedule.
Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
Maintain the daily upkeep of the assigned area and keep the work area clean.
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
Comply with safety rules, policies, procedures, protocols, and company rules.
Stop at-risk behavior by oneself and others.
Work as part of a team and perform repetitive tasks.
Take direction and respond to supervision.
Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers.
Fill in during staff shortages.
Support the shift lead in completing punch-list items.
Use proper personal protective equipment.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
Understand customer service and satisfaction, reporting systems, and the work environment.
