About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of supply chain processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders, including negotiating contracts and rates.
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels to maintain product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Resolve transportation issues while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain shipping records, inventory reports, and compliance documentation.
- Supervise and mentor logistics staff, providing guidance to help them meet performance goals and follow best practices.
- Lead logistics improvement projects, including implementation of technologies or processes to streamline operations.
