About The Position

Merry Maids of Providence is seeking a passionate, natural leader to train, coach, and mentor their cleaning teams. This role requires someone who takes pride in high standards and enjoys helping others grow. The ideal candidate will have a gift for teaching and an eye for detail. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with no nights or weekends. This is a full-time position requiring bilingual English/Spanish fluency.

Requirements

Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a drug test, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and criminal background check.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleaning excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience in training, coaching, or mentoring roles (preferably in a cleaning or service-oriented field).
A positive attitude and a desire to inspire others.
Reliable transportation when a fleet car isn't available.

Responsibilities

Train and onboard new hires in proper cleaning techniques, ensuring high-quality standards.
Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to build confidence and skill in our team members.
Visit clients' homes to inspect the quality of cleaning performed by our teams, ensuring every job meets Merry Maids' standards of excellence.
Uphold Merry Maids' commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
Assist in refining training materials and processes for continuous improvement.
