Team Lead Cleaner/Trainer &Quality Control
About The Position
Maid Right is currently seeking a Lead Cleaner /trainer and QC to join our team. As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential and light commercial properties, as well as leading cleaning teams. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, with sometimes evening and weekends hours unless requested. As the Lead Cleaner, you will be the main point of contact with the customer and your manager. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue through customer retention, and cleaners training. We require some experience for this position, but we will also train you on our Maid Right cleaning system that is effective and easy to learn. Requirements
- Must have 3 to 5 years working as a team lead
- Relevant professional experience
- Must have clean background
- Must have your own transportation to travel around
Responsibilities
- Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner
- Lead a team of two or more cleaners and ensure that all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and to our clients' satisfaction
- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Train new cleaners on our Maid Right cleaning system and ensure that all cleaners are meeting our high standards
- Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies. Sometimes you have to buy supplies or pick up supplies from office and source to the staffs
- Must have clean background .You have to pay from your background check and after 6 months in the company , we will reimburse the cost. You must have your own transportation to taravel around .
- Sometimes you have to go and do an in person estimate at properties . You will be required to make few sales calls too and help owner with some operational duties as well.
