About The Position

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is hiring a part-time Cleaning Technician in Brockton for night work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with work starting any time after 5:00 PM; flexible hours are available. The technician performs a variety of cleaning tasks and maintains assigned equipment. Applicants must have their own vehicle and be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a vehicle and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must have basic interpersonal skills and be able to work in the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must be able to lift between 10 and 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, dust mopping, spot cleaning, collecting and removing trash, cleaning glass, and cleaning restrooms.
• Request necessary supplies and maintenance for equipment.
• Maintain assigned equipment in a neat and clean condition.
• Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
