About The Position

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is hiring a part-time Cleaning Technician in Mansfield for night work. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Applicants must have their own vehicle and be authorized to work in the United States.

The role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks, maintaining assigned equipment, and requesting needed supplies or equipment maintenance. Candidates should be reliable, attentive to quality, able to communicate with coworkers and customers, and capable of meeting the listed physical requirements. Requirements

• Must have a vehicle and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have basic interpersonal skills and be able to work with the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must be able to lift 10–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, dust mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, glass cleaning, and restroom cleaning.
• Request necessary supplies and maintenance for equipment.
• Maintain assigned equipment in a neat and clean condition.
• Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
