About The Position

Clean2TheKore is building an on-call team for short-notice and project cleaning at healthcare and commercial facilities in the Chattanooga area. Work may include terminal cleans, deep cleans, post-construction cleanup, floor care, and fill-in shifts. This is a PRN, as-needed role: employees keep their day jobs and are contacted when work comes up. They may accept jobs that fit their schedules and will not be penalized for turning down a call. The position pays $16.00 per hour. The employee will be employed by Clean2TheKore, LLC as a W-2 employee.

Requirements

• Cleaning experience; housekeeping, janitorial, EVS, terminal, or post-construction cleaning experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a working phone.
• Ability to respond to short-notice calls, same day or next day.
• Pass a background check and drug screen before the first job.
• Ability to stand for a full shift, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Some sites require a TB test and proof of vaccinations; site-specific requirements will be communicated.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect rooms, restrooms, and common areas to healthcare standards.
• Remove trash and linens, and restock supplies.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and care for floors.
• Follow safety, chemical-handling, and infection-control procedures.
