About The Position
KleenMark is hiring a Cleaning Technician in Appleton, Wisconsin. The technician maintains the cleanliness of the assigned building through a range of cleaning duties. Specific duties and hours may vary depending on building size and the number of teammates, and tasks may change during employment. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Pay is $17.25. This is a full-time, second-shift position with one opening. Employees are expected to report to work on time, work extra hours when needed, follow applicable safety policies and procedures, provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude, and assess the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of their assigned work. Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restroom sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors; replenish bathroom supplies and polish metal fixtures and fittings.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; perform other floor work such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing when required.
- Clean and disinfect break room and kitchenette sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, and refrigerators; replenish supplies.
- Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and other surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and recycling and transport them to the disposal area.
- Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, including hip or backpack vacuums.
- Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
- Report to work on time and work extra hours when needed.
- Follow required safety policies and procedures, including those for using cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and ensure assigned work is neat, accurate, and thorough.
