Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor - Lee/Collier Counties - Full Time
About The Position
City Wide Facility Solutions in Fort Myers is seeking a dependable, bilingual Spanish-English Cleaning Supervisor to oversee commercial cleaning and facility-service accounts in Lee and Collier counties. This is a hands-on, field-supervision role involving evening visits to client sites to inspect janitorial work, communicate with cleaning teams, resolve service issues, support staffing coverage, and help ensure account quality standards are met. The role involves driving between customer locations, which vary each night, and working independently during evening hours. The schedule is Monday through Friday nights, beginning at 6:00 PM, for 6–8 hours per night, with some flexibility. Sunday through Thursday nights are a plus. Pay is $20 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. Occasional cleaning and other maintenance tasks may be required.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory, team-lead, foreman, or crew-lead experience.
- Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Comfort traveling between assigned customer locations, which vary each night.
- Ability to work independently during evening hours.
- Ability to frequently sit, bend, stand, and walk; lift up to 25 pounds; and drive at night.
Nice To Haves
- Janitorial, commercial cleaning, building maintenance, or related experience is preferred.
- Experience with floor work and carpet cleaning is a plus.
- Sunday-through-Thursday night availability is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Visit commercial client locations during evening hours.
- Inspect cleaning and maintenance work for quality and scope compliance.
- Communicate instructions and feedback clearly in English and Spanish.
- Supervise and support cleaning teams and independent contractors.
- Address cleaning team service issues, equipment issues, and supply issues.
- Complete inspection reports and communicate urgent concerns to the City Wide management team.
- Verify proper use of approved cleaning tools, equipment, policies, and procedures.
- Perform occasional cleaning and other maintenance tasks as needed.
- Complete other operational duties as needed to maintain strong relationships with crews and help ensure customer satisfaction.
