About The Position

As our Janitorial Site Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our school’s operations. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure every classroom and hallway is spotless. Your role as a Cleaning Team Lead involves supervising daily tasks, managing supplies, and ensuring safety protocols are met. As a Custodial Supervisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for school staff, ensuring we exceed their expectations every evening.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning or leadership experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience in janitorial services or team supervision.
• Reliability
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with your team and the client.
