About The Position
As a Cleaning Supervisor, reporting to the Account Director, you will supervise the cleaning and services of assigned buildings to maintain company and customer quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a cleaning environment and supervising a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Adapt to operational changes as required.
- Flexible start and end times as needed, weekend and statutory holiday work may be required.
- A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the buildings.
- Prioritize and respond in a timely fashion to all client requests.
- Inspects the work on an ongoing basis to ensure performance is at the expected levels.
- Assists with site training of new cleaning personnel.
- Trains and implements Health & Safety procedures and ensures that safety devices and PPE are available and properly utilized.
- Maintains time keeping records for cleaning personnel.
- Respond to customer requests and ensure follow up.
- Responsible for inventory control and the daily Preventative Maintenance Program.
