About The Position
Clean Team, Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Site Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations at a commercial facility in Twinsburg, Ohio. The lead works alongside the cleaning team to help ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the company’s quality standards. The role provides guidance and support to team members, helps coordinate assignments, and contributes to a clean, professional workplace. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Candidates should be reliable, communicate effectively, take pride in quality work, and be comfortable performing hands-on cleaning duties and supporting other employees. Responsibilities
- Perform daily commercial cleaning duties as assigned.
- Help coordinate cleaning activities and daily work assignments.
- Provide guidance, direction, and hands-on support to cleaning team members.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
- Empty trash containers and replace liners.
- Monitor cleaning quality and ensure assigned areas meet company standards.
- Help train new employees on cleaning procedures and workplace expectations.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or operational issues.
- Maintain a professional and respectful working environment.
- Communicate staffing concerns and service needs to management.
- Follow company safety procedures and customer-specific requirements.
