About The Position

WinnCompanies is seeking a Cleaner to join its team at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The role helps ensure that the property’s appearance and physical condition meet ownership and management objectives. This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or ID is required to access the facility.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a high school program.
• Less than one year of relevant work experience.
• Hold a current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving-record standards in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or ID is required to access the federal facility effective May 7, 2025.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Clean common areas, including community centers, office spaces, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
• Carry and maintain the cleaning supplies needed to perform routine duties satisfactorily.
• Complete work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Perform other common-area cleaning, including trash pickup, dog-waste station cleanup, and community trash removal.
