About The Position

WinnCompanies is seeking a Cleaner to join its team at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The Cleaner helps ensure that the appearance and physical condition of the property meet ownership and management objectives. The position is located at a federal facility; a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or ID is required to access the facility, effective May 7, 2025.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a high school program.
• Less than one year of relevant work experience.
• Hold a current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving-record standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Understand spoken and written English.
• Respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Have a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or ID to access the federal facility, effective May 7, 2025.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Clean common areas, including community centers, office spaces, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
• Carry and maintain the cleaning supplies necessary to perform routine functions satisfactorily.
• Complete work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Perform other common-area cleaning, including trash pickup, dog-waste station cleanup, and community trash removal.
