About The Position

The Cleaner is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of a Redstone Residential community. This includes regularly cleaning indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, and parking garages, and keeping areas clear of snow, ice, and debris. The Cleaner also conducts resident apartment cleaning checks to ensure apartments meet the property's designated standards. The role is classified as non-exempt and part-time, with compensation of $12.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience in janitorial or cleaning work.
• Experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight.
• Friendly demeanor.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work standing shifts of 4–6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments.
• Keep community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained to maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and other common areas.
• Keep the property free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Maintain grass and landscaping, including watering flowers.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
