About The Position

KKBS is seeking a part-time evening cleaner for an office building in Leesport, Pennsylvania. The cleaner performs general janitorial duties, including trash removal, dusting, floor care, surface cleaning and sanitizing, and restocking supplies. Specific duties may vary according to each customer's cleaning requirements. The role requires taking pride in high-quality work, following cleaning instructions and checklists, and working efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with starting compensation of $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently; most positions involve working alone.
Professional demeanor while representing KKBS.
Good problem-solving and communication skills with management and/or coworkers.
Ability to follow simple entry and alarm instructions and outlined cleaning instructions or checklists.
Physical ability to bend, lift up to 30 pounds, crouch, and stoop throughout the shift.
Ability to pass a background screening without felonies or theft.

Nice To Haves

Own vehicle and valid driver's license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Remove trash, dust, and clean and restock supplies.
Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum floors.
Spot clean, polish, sanitize, and wipe surfaces.
Restock items in bathrooms, break rooms, offices, and conference rooms as needed.
Follow customer-specific cleaning duties, instructions, and checklists.
Follow entry and alarm instructions.
Represent KKBS professionally and communicate with management and/or coworkers.
