About The Position
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Cleaning Person to attend to the facility with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and guests. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a janitor, housekeeper, or cleaner is preferred but not necessary.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods.
- Must be able to download the ADP app.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning activities, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Sanitize gym equipment.
- Monitor, clean, and disinfect bathrooms.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Strictly adhere to and enforce safety rules and regulations.
