Cleaner/Food Court Attendant

We're looking for a motivated, quality-driven Cleaner / Food Court Attendant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Manager, the Cleaner / Food Court Attendant will ensure a sanitary environment, while cleaning and maintaining the food court area. The shifts for this role include mornings and afternoons on weekdays and weekends for shift times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Requirements

- Able to communicate with supervisor, Client and general public
- A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
Nice To Haves
- Commercial cleaning experience an asset
- Experience with cleaning chemicals, and machines including vacuums, and hand tools for sweeping, mopping, and dusting is an asset, but training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect table tops and chairs
- Pick up litter from floor as required
- Spot mop floors to remove spills
- Wash food trays and return to store counters
- Empty compost, recycling and garbage bins and bring to designated areas
- Operate compactor
- Cleaning and sanitizing of patio door glass, steel & touchpoints as needed daily
- Communicate via radio and report any deficiencies
- Monitor food court washrooms, replenish supplies as necessary and log service
- May be required to perform light duty patrol cleaning tasks outside of the food court area
