About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in the clean energy field. You will own, build, and run your startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The role includes weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a founder, peer, and investor community, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. You will receive guidance on product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise a multi-million-euro funding round. An extensive, customised personal development programme will focus on goal, time, and energy management.

You may receive a salary while building your startup as an employee, or opt for up to €500,000 in funding. The programme also offers intensive coaching and funding support, with the stated aim of helping fellows secure a multi-million-euro round within 12 months. The opportunity is described as 100% remote, and candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.

Requirements
