About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as clean energy. The selected entrepreneur will own, build, and run their startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The role includes a customised personal development programme, weekly one-to-one sparring, hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding, and guidance on reaching product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities.

The opportunity offers either a salary while building the startup as a direct employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also provides access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support in securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months. The role is advertised as 100% remote.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as clean energy.
• Undertake a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Use the network and advice provided to support hiring and apply best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, with support.
