Victory Learning Center Interview Event - Classroom Support Positions
About The Position
Victory Learning Center is expanding and opening new classrooms in January 2027. This role involves working as a member of the educational team to provide direct classroom support to students. Under the direction of the classroom teacher and program leadership, the Classroom Support Staff assists with the implementation of educational programming, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), daily living skills, vocational activities, behavior support strategies, and classroom routines. Victory Learning Center programs offer specialized educational services for students aged 5-21 who are diagnosed with Autism or a Cognitive Disability paired with a mental-health diagnosis.
