About The Position
Victory Learning Center Program is expanding and opening new classrooms in 2026. They offer specialized educational services for students diagnosed with Autism or a Cognitive Disability paired with a mental-health diagnosis. The programs service students ages 5-21, who are residentially placed or referred through their local school district's Committee on Special Education. The organization is hiring for Classroom Positions beginning in July 2026.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- NYS Drivers License

Responsibilities
- Delivery of evidence-based methods to support individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual Disability and mental health involvement.
- Applied Behavior Analysis approaches.
- Classroom observation.
- Observation in residential setting.
- Data collection.
- Supporting staff to implement individual behavior protocols and behavior intervention plans.
- Treatment integrity monitoring.
- Regular assistance with personal hygiene tasks.
- Administrative and organization tasks associated with special projects.
- Provide classroom support in the event of staff absence or staff shortages.
- Provide direct support for students attending the WAY program.
