About The Position

Victory Learning Center Program is expanding and opening new classrooms in 2026. They offer specialized educational services for students diagnosed with Autism or a Cognitive Disability paired with a mental-health diagnosis. The programs service students ages 5-21, who are residentially placed or referred through their local school district's Committee on Special Education. The organization is hiring for Classroom Positions beginning in July 2026.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • NYS Drivers License

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of evidence-based methods to support individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual Disability and mental health involvement.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis approaches.
  • Classroom observation.
  • Observation in residential setting.
  • Data collection.
  • Supporting staff to implement individual behavior protocols and behavior intervention plans.
  • Treatment integrity monitoring.
  • Regular assistance with personal hygiene tasks.
  • Administrative and organization tasks associated with special projects.
  • Provide classroom support in the event of staff absence or staff shortages.
  • Provide direct support for students attending the WAY program.
