Step by Step Montessori Chaska is seeking a Classroom Aide to work collaboratively with teachers across classrooms to create a positive, engaging learning environment that supports children’s holistic development. The role involves helping lead learning activities, supporting children’s safety and well-being, monitoring their progress, and helping create a harmonious environment for children and teachers. Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Love of working with children.
