The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) is offering a rotation opportunity for a Classification and Compensation Analyst (Human Resource Analyst 2). This role provides agency-wide expertise in classification, position management, organizational analysis, and pay equity. The position involves conducting desk audits, preparing classification analyses, and supporting alignment with statewide systems. This is a full-time, exempt, management service (non-supervisory) rotation that supports all BOLI divisions by delivering technical consultation in personnel administration, workforce planning, and classification and compensation processes. The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. BOLI is committed to fostering a supportive work environment that promotes work-life balance and flexibility. This rotation may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with occasional in-person requirements. The selected employee may work from any BOLI office location.
