About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is hiring a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local routes and deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens. The driver connects truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil, monitors tank levels to prevent oil outs, and provides safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. The role uses company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance, and requires adherence to DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards. The depot is located at 241 Burgess Rd Suite D, Greensboro, NC 27409. The schedule is Thursday through Saturday, with three 13-hour shifts each week starting at 2:00 P.M. Pay is $28.00 per hour; shift differential and overtime pay may apply. The position is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year, and base pay may increase through weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs.

Requirements

At least 21 years old.
Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting.
Strong safety mindset.
Safe driving record expectations include limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations in the past 36 months.
No speeding over 100 mph in the past 5 years.
Must pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
Bilingual.
Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
