About The Position

Misfits Market is hiring a Class B CDL Delivery Driver to transport freight, including customer orders, from fulfillment centers to cross docks for last-mile delivery. The driver operates a company-provided Class B commercial vehicle on designated routes and is expected to deliver safely and on time while representing the company professionally. The role requires compliance with DOT, company, and applicable traffic and transportation regulations; accurate delivery and hours-of-service documentation; and communication with dispatch, warehouse staff, and leadership. Drivers must use internal freight-monitoring systems and adapt to changes in routes and schedules. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with variable start times and possible overtime or weekends based on business needs. The posting also notes availability for around-the-clock shifts to accommodate freight movements.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Have held a valid state-issued driver's license for at least 3 years.
Hold a valid Class B driver's license and have a clean driving record.
Possess a valid DOT-required medical card and be registered with DOT.
Have 2 years of previous tractor-trailer driving experience or have graduated from a state-certified and licensed truck driving school.
Be comfortable operating a tractor-trailer in all types of weather conditions.
Be willing to work overtime and possible weekends if business needs require it.
Be able to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Experience working in a food-based environment.

Responsibilities

Follow all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards, including seatbelt use, safe entry into and exit from traffic, hands-free cellular use, and compliance with traffic laws.
Represent the company professionally and courteously while operating a company-provided tractor-trailer.
Operate a Class B commercial vehicle in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, prioritizing safety while driving, loading, and unloading.
Complete and maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, inspection records, and hours-of-service logs.
Maintain communication with dispatch, warehouse staff, and leadership, and promptly report delays, issues, or delivery schedule changes.
Operate computer and internal freight-monitoring systems.
Adapt to scheduling changes and route changes, and accommodate freight movements as required.
