Universal Logistics is seeking a CLASS A Yard Switcher in Tanner, AL. This role is with a leading provider of customized transportation and logistics solutions. Requirements

• Valid AL Class A CDL license
• Minimum 3 months yard switcher experience or 6 months of tractor/trailer experience
• No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
• Provide a full 10 years of work history

Responsibilities

• Yard switching duties
• Covering 3rd or 1st shift if needed (for Sunday-Thursday schedule)
• Covering 2nd or 3rd shift if needed (for Monday-Thursday/Friday schedule)
• Going offsite to get fuel
