About The Position

We are looking for Class A Truck Drivers to join our team. We offer various opportunities to fit your career goals, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Dedicated, and Local routes. Whether you prefer driving solo or as part of a team, or are interested in our Lease Purchase program or becoming a Driver Mentor, we have options for you. Experience is valued, and we offer paid training for those looking to advance their careers.

Requirements

Must have your CDL A.
No CDL A experience needed for entry-level positions.
Solo OTR drivers can average 2,500-3000+ miles per week.
Team drivers can average 5,000 miles per week with priority loads.
Lease Purchase drivers can earn as much as $3,500/week with more miles and fuel incentives.
Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives.
Driver Mentors earn an extra $200/week, plus $1,000 in bonus opportunities for each trainee.
Experienced Drivers are welcome.

Nice To Haves

Ability to average 2,500-3000+ miles per week (Solo OTR).
Earn up to an additional $.10 CPM in performance pay (Solo OTR).
Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM.
Team drivers receive a 5 cent pay raise after just 3 months.
Have backup 24/7 with Road Rescue (Lease Purchase).
Help new drivers develop safety-conscious habits from the beginning (Driver Mentor).

Responsibilities

Drive over-the-road (OTR) to run the most miles and maximize pay.
Operate in Dedicated routes with steady miles and weekly home time.
Work Local routes with daily home time and predictable pay.
Drive solo with steady pay and freedom in your truck.
Partner with another driver as a Team to increase miles and paychecks.
Participate in the Lease Purchase program to run your own mini-business.
Serve as a Driver Mentor to help the next generation of drivers and earn incentives.
