About The Position

We are seeking Class A Truck Drivers to join our team. This position offers excellent earning potential with competitive pay, big bonuses, and high starting CPMs. We provide top benefits including health and dental insurance, and a retirement plan with company matching. We offer flexible options to accommodate your trucking career goals, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Dedicated, and Local routes. New drivers will begin in the OTR division and must complete 20,000 safe miles before transitioning to other lanes. We also have opportunities for Solo OTR drivers who prefer to drive alone and Team drivers looking to accelerate their pay potential. Additionally, our Lease Purchase program offers the chance to run your own mini-business, and experienced drivers can become Driver Mentors to guide new drivers while earning significant incentives.

Requirements

Must be a Class A Truck Driver.
No CDL A experience needed for new drivers.
Must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes (for new drivers).
Ability to average 2,500+ miles per week (Solo OTR).
Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM.
Team drivers receive a 5 cent pay raise after just 3 months.
Team drivers can average 5,000 miles per week.
Lease Purchase program participants can earn as much as $3,500/week.
Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives.
Driver Mentors earn an extra $200/week, plus $1,000 in bonus opportunities for each trainee.
Experienced Drivers are welcome.

Responsibilities

Drive over-the-road (OTR) routes, logging a minimum of 20,000 safe miles.
Operate a Class A truck, potentially averaging 2,500+ miles per week for solo drivers.
Team driving, potentially averaging 5,000 miles per week with priority loads.
Participate in the Lease Purchase program, potentially earning up to $3,500/week with fuel incentives.
Serve as a Driver Mentor, helping new drivers develop safety-conscious habits and earning incentives.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
