About The Position
Phillips Pet Food & Supplies in Algona, Washington is seeking a Class A CDL Driver. This position offers competitive pay, a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off, and opportunities for overnight layovers with provided hotel and per diem. The role involves moving and staging trailers, shuttling between warehouses, transporting equipment, picking up vendor products, and making occasional large customer deliveries. Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years of experience
- Strong, clean driving record and can pass a Clearinghouse
- Solid understanding of DOT regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed and available for overnight layovers
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Move and stage trailers in/out of bay doors
- Shuttle trailers between company warehouses
- Transport equipment to vendors and repair shops
- Pick up vendor‑supplied products
- Support jockey operations as needed
- Make occasional large customer deliveries
- Complete all assigned work safely and on schedule
- Maintain accurate DOT and company logs
- Protect company property and operate with safety first
