About The Position

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to join their team. This position offers a consistent Tuesday-Friday workweek with no weekend work, starting pay of $29.00/hour, and opportunities for safety bonuses. The role involves moving and staging trailers, shuttling between warehouses, transporting equipment, picking up vendor products, supporting jockey operations, and making occasional large customer deliveries. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years of experience
• Strong, clean driving record and can pass a Clearinghouse
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed and be available for an overnight layover
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Move and stage trailers in/out of bay doors
• Shuttle trailers between company warehouses
• Transport equipment to vendors and repair shops
• Pick up vendor‑supplied products
• Support jockey operations as needed
• Make occasional large customer deliveries
• Complete all assigned work safely and on schedule
• Maintain accurate DOT and company logs
• Protect company property and operate with safety first
