About The Position

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is looking for a dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our Sacramento distribution team. This role involves regional routes, with a schedule that allows drivers to be home on weekends. The driver will operate a tractor-trailer for deliveries and pickups, unload products, provide customer service, handle returns, and maintain delivery documentation while adhering to all safety standards. The company emphasizes a strong safety culture and offers supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years of experience
• Clean driving record (no accidents in the last 3 years)
• DOT/FMCSA/OSHA compliance
• Clean clearinghouse
• Ability to lift and move products
• Willingness for occasional overnight layovers

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer for deliveries and pickups
• Unload products using manual/electric jacks or by hand
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Handle returns and maintain delivery documentation
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Keep your truck and equipment in top shape
