Personal protective gear is provided. The position involves prolonged sitting and steering, operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment, and frequently entering and exiting trucks and forklifts using three-point contact. Drivers must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is listed as an average earning potential of $1,635 or more per week, with an annual total of $52,000–$100,000 or more. Base weekly pay is $1,000–$1,200, with additional drop pay of $50–$1,000 per week depending on completed daily drops. Eligible drivers may receive a quarterly safety bonus equal to 10% of quarterly base pay plus drop pay, based on incident-free driving, inspection results, and safety compliance. The listed driver pay range is $1,038–$1,600. Drivers are W-2 employees; pay is reviewed annually and may increase with tenure and performance.
