About The Position

Puget Sound Pipe is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to work onsite at its Vancouver, Washington branch. The driver is responsible for safely loading and delivering goods to customers accurately and on time. The typical schedule is 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some overtime expected. Drivers are home every night. The role is 40 hours per week, and relocation assistance is not available. The starting pay is $24.00–$26.00 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous professional experience driving with a Class A CDL.
Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Pass a background check.
Currently possess and maintain a current, clear driving record.
Positive can-do attitude, motivation, dependability, and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of commercial and industrial pipe, valves, and fittings.
RF experience.

Responsibilities

Locate materials in the pipe yard and warehouse for delivery.
Use a forklift to load and unload boxes, pallets, and pipe onto the truck.
Ship, transport, and deliver materials and customer orders accurately and on time.
Maintain daily vehicle inspection reports and comply with all DOT requirements.
Perform job duties in accordance with OSHA and DOT regulations and other applicable internal and external policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
