About The Position

We are looking for 12 more Class 1 US/Canada Long-Haul Drivers to join our Airdrie team. This role offers steady work, modern equipment, and a supportive environment. The position involves year-round steady work with dedicated customers across the U.S. and Canada, weekly pay, paid medical/dental benefit premiums, and annual wage increases for the first five years.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 license
• Minimum 2 years long-haul experience (including 2 consecutive winters) travelling across Canada and/or US
• At least 1 year of U.S. cross-border experience (included in the 2 years above)
• Must live in Calgary/Airdrie area
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
• Clean abstract (zero moving violations, such as Speeding <5 demerits)
• Reefer experience required
• FAST CARDS (XTL will help with obtaining them for new employees)

• TDG experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Travel across Canada & U.S. for 5-7 days.
• Focus on Mid-West & West Coast in Canada and USA, with periodic trips East.
• Operate modern equipment.
• Maintain a safety-first culture.
