Cross-Border Long-Haul Class 1/AZ Driver

About The Position
This position requires you to be on the road 7-10 days at a time, averaging 10K-12K miles/month. You will be running open-board, Canada/U.S. long-haul. Freight and destinations will vary based on operational requirements. You will be required to drive in B.C. including Highway 1 and Highway 3, 12 months a year. Assigned unit requires 24 days on the road per month. Regional freight will be required. This is a flexible schedule requiring weekend departures. You must be able to haul all commodities including meat and alcohol.
Requirements
- 24 months tractor-trailer experience
- Valid Class 1/AZ license
- U.S. qualified
- Minimum of 6 months U.S. driving experience
- Minimum of 6 months B.C. Mountain driving experience
- Able to work weekends
- Able to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Reliable, flexible, and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Values safety
- Registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
Responsibilities

- Driver assist is required on occasion
