About The Position

Tyson Foods, Inc. has multiple openings for Clarity PPM Technical Administrator in Springdale, AR. Responsible for requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, and development for Clarity enhancements (Portlets, Processes, NSQL Queries, Lookups, HTML Portlets). Configure Clarity and integrate with various applications such as Field Glass and Workday. Deploy deliverables from lower environment to production using XOG and content package. Coordinate with the offshore team to ensure on-time delivery. Responsible for application monitoring for processes and jobs, as well as application performance monitoring. Troubleshoot issues on existing processes/portlets. Support Clarity PPM upgrades. Create and schedule Jaspersoft Reports in Clarity PPM Advanced Reporting. Interact with clients, architects, and functional consultants to design an optimal solution for the various components required for the Clarity solution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Clarity Project and Portfolio Management.
  • 5 years of experience in developing and delivering Clarity Project and Portfolio Management custom investment types, objects, project templates, and workflows.
  • 5 years of experience in Clarity Project and Portfolio Management modules: Project, Demand, Financials, Timesheet, and Resource Management.
  • 5 years of experience in GEL Scripting API and XML Open Gateway (XOG) within Clarity Project and Portfolio Management.
  • 5 years of experience in SQL optimization and performance to customize Clarity Project and Portfolio Management jobs, processes, portlets, and portlet pages.
  • 5 years of experience in integrating Clarity Project and Portfolio Management with other external enterprise systems using REST APIs.
  • 5 years of experience in designing scalable and efficient Clarity Project and Portfolio Management architectures, ensuring optimal performance.
  • 5 years of experience in leading the advanced technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for CA Clarity Project and Portfolio Management technical issues.
