About The Position
This is a temporary-to-hire, fully remote role for a Claims Support Specialist. The company is a nationally recognized, Fortune 500-backed mortgage servicer that is adding several specialists to ensure agency claims, vendor audits, and team escalations run smoothly. The roles are temporary with the potential to convert to full-time based on performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in default servicing, mortgage insurance claims, or a legal setting
- LPS-MSP experience and strong claims/foreclosure process knowledge
- Independent, deadline-driven, and airtight with confidentiality
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of leadership experience a plus
Responsibilities
- File and manage agency claims on acquired or sold properties
- Run monthly process-control and vendor audits and flag trends to leadership
- Resolve team escalations and help train new and current staff
- Keep data integrity sharp through exception-report reviews
