About The Position
A national mortgage servicer is adding Claims Support Specialists to keep agency claims, vendor audits, and team escalations running clean, fully remote. Claims don’t file themselves — you’re the one who makes sure they’re airtight. Several openings are available, and the role is fully remote. The employer is a Confidential Client, a nationally recognized, Fortune 500-backed mortgage servicer.
Requirements
- 5+ years in default servicing, mortgage insurance claims, or a legal setting
- LPS-MSP experience and strong claims/foreclosure process knowledge
- Independent, deadline-driven, and airtight with confidentiality
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of leadership experience a plus
Responsibilities
- File and manage agency claims on acquired or sold properties
- Run monthly process-control and vendor audits and flag trends to leadership
- Resolve team escalations and help train new and current staff
- Keep data integrity sharp through exception-report reviews
