About The Position
This is a temporary role with the intent to convert to full-time based on performance. The Claims Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring agency claims, vendor audits, and team escalations are handled efficiently. This is a fully remote position.
Requirements
- 5+ years in default servicing, mortgage insurance claims, or a legal setting
- LPS-MSP experience and strong claims/foreclosure process knowledge
- Independent, deadline-driven, and airtight with confidentiality

- 1+ years of leadership experience
Responsibilities
- File and manage agency claims on acquired or sold properties
- Run monthly process-control and vendor audits and flag trends to leadership
- Resolve team escalations and help train new and current staff
- Keep data integrity sharp through exception-report reviews
