Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, office support, or call center experience is a plus
Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and desire to learn are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from policyholders, claimants, agents, and adjusters
Provide excellent customer service and assist with claims-related inquiries
Enter new claims information and update existing claims documentation
Process and maintain claim files, documents, and correspondence
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and mail distribution
Assist claims personnel with follow-up activities and claim support functions
Greet and direct visitors and route inquiries appropriately
Support office operations through scheduling, supply ordering, and general administrative duties
