Requirements

• Entry-level candidates or those with customer service experience looking for stability, skill-building, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist policyholders, agents, and claimants
• Support new claims setup and update claim documentation
• Handle basic administrative tasks including data entry and file processing
• Provide helpful, professional service and route inquiries as needed
• Assist teams with follow-ups and claim-related support activities
