Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely resolution to all claims with a customer centric focus on meeting our turn-around-time goals and standards of service.
Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, company policies, and practices, while staying up to date and proficient in relevant guidelines and system functionalities.
Conduct research on unclear items using available resources, this may include external communication with dental offices, benefit carriers, and/or subscribers as needed to gather additional information.
Ability to multi-task, maintain workloads efficiently, and prioritize assignments appropriately.
Project a professional demeanor and exude confidence while communicating clearly both written and verbally while utilizing established core values.
