As part of our claims team, you will support our Brokers and manage an end-to-end claims process delivering a best practice customer experience. Reporting into our Claims Team Leader you will be responsible for:

Requirements

Experience in the insurance claims industry with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations.
Takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and effective working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers.
A team player, who is collaborative, shares their ideas and encourages others.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the end-to-end claims process, including setting reserves, authorising payments, within authority levels and according to SLAs.
Ensuring the customer is kept informed of progress while negotiating options and escalating when required throughout the duration of the claim.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
Provide prompt attention to all claims in accordance with Company standards and SLA requirements.
Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups.
