About The Position

Collectors is seeking a Claims Representative to join its Collectors Claims team. The role assists customers whose collectibles may have been damaged or lost during their return journey, serving as the central liaison and guiding them through the claims process by phone and email. The position reports to the Claims Manager and is based in the Santa Ana office, with an onsite requirement of five days per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite products.
• Ability to work onsite in the office five days per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process payment requests.
• Draft and send settlement and release agreements.
• Accurately maintain insurance logs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of claim activities, correspondence, and decisions.
• Provide timely updates on payment status.
• Address inquiries and concerns while providing exceptional internal customer service.
• Work with internal stakeholders to process customer payment requests.
